Return

JOPASU gladly accepts returns on all NEW merchandise.

In the event when the product is damaged and not compatible to use, just return the unused product to us within 3 days of delivered date in the original packaging and we will refund you the amount within seven working days or else you can opt for replacement of the product at no extra cost.

In the event when the product is fit to use and you want to return the product, 10% fees will be deducted subject to payment gateway, shipping and restocking fees.

After 3 days of delivered date we will not accept any refunds or returns.

Refunds will be given on items only and excludes shipping cost or any other charges.

All items must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.

Certain items are not returnable, all liquid products, product on sale/discount.

Replacement

If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost or incase if we can’t replace the product we will give you full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. If you wish to cancel the products after it has been shipped, 5% cancellation charges would be applied subject to shipping charges.
